Borba
Borba is a beautiful Alentejo village, home to the municipality, known for the production quality of two important articles: Wines and marbles.
This beautiful village demonstrates the wealth that the marble production granted, with the predominance of this white stuff all over town.
The wine of Borba is one of the most famous in the country, already with an international reputation, full-bodied, with good color and strong taste and can be appreciated in the Vine and Wine Festival, held each year in the first half of November, attracting a large number of visitors to the village.
