Casa do Terreiro do Poço is an eighteenth century manor house located in the historical center of Borba, Portugal, next to the Largo dos Combatentes Garden which is bordered by a well-known street of antique shops where also lies the XVIIth century Church of St. Bartholomew and some of the most beautiful stately homes in Borba.

It has four living rooms and a pavilion next to the pool. It has eight rooms, all with bathrooms and some rooms with balcony and private terrace.
In the main house, residence of the owners, for guests there are two bedrooms and one apartment. Balcony Room, on the ground floor, with entrance through the garden and a private vaulted balcony. Patio-room on the 1st floor with a private patio. Tower apartment - on the 2nd floor with the walls covered in mural paintings and private cool room in the tower.

Pool Houses. These houses are adjacent to the back-street and are situated not far from the pool. The houses (Bamboo House and Palm House) with access to the garden have an anteroom equipped with a refrigerator and tea and coffee machines. The rooms have a sitting area with wood burning stove in addition to central heating. They are equipped with air conditioning, multi-channel TV and DVD player. The bathrooms have a bathtub.

Garden Houses are two duplex houses with independent entrance from the garden and which constitute the body of the middle of the main facade. They have on the ground floor a living room with a kitchenette equipped with two hotplates, hood, sink and refrigerator where you can make simple meals. On the 1st floor they have a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. They are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, TV with multiple channels and DVD player. One of these bedrooms has adjoining a private balcony overlooking the garden.

Royal Suite corresponds to one of three bodies that constitute the main facade. It consists of a large living room with bay windows onto the garden and a bedroom and a bathroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have high ceilings with arches and wood in sight. The bathroom has portuguese XVIII century tiles. The suite has central heating and the room has air conditioning and mini-bar.
