Homes are furnished and equipped (clothes and dishes, microwave, stove / oven, hair dryer);

Breakfast "not ready": 6 € / per child over 12 years and adult, € 3 per child

Extra person (adult, child, infant):

1 person, adult or child over 4 years extra bed: 15 €;

Babies up to 3 years: cot € 8

For babies up to 3 years: If the client brings their own travel bed and their clothes will not be charged any extra.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

One night only, after being combined, additional price of € 10 per room

A common core of leisure facilities consists of:

• Games room (snooker, cards, etc..), living room, dining room with twenty sitting seats, all rooms with fireplace, central heating, satellite TV
• Swimming with twelve feet by six
• Table Football

NEW:

• Mountain bike: 5 € / person
• Moto4: 1 person / 1 hour = 50 € (for most people have special discount)
• Paintball: 1 person / 30 minutes = 25 € (for most people have special discount)

REGULATIONS:

Activities: Horseback riding, riding lessons, can only be guaranteed by appointment at the time of booking.

• The reservation request will be accompanied by a 30% down payment, to be confirmed.
• The remainder of the payment should be paid within 3 days prior to arrival or on arrival in case of bookings at the last minute.
• Cancellation Policy:

If there is no possibility of replacement LOSS OF SIGNAL Less than 3 days in advance 100% of the total reservation unless we
customers on a waiting list to replace.
Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing.

ANTICIPATED CHECK OUT POLICY

On any reservation, whether package or not, will be charged the full booking amount.

Other Information:

• The daily cleaning and tidying of the houses are not included but can be done on request for € 8 per hour. The house must be swept and left without dishes to wash. Otherwise, an appropriate fee can be withdrawn.
• Change of towels twice a week.
• Meals:

Meals may be served at previous request (24h). Full meal with wine, coffee or tea incl.: 23 EUR, children: 12 EUR (without beverages)

· Check in from 16.00 hours
· Reception of guests to the 23.00 hours

• Check out the accommodation up to 12.00. Arrivals after 23.00 hours: € 15 per hour late, if not agreed otherwise.
• Prices and rates applied may be changed by law.
• Outdoor activities by initiative of the customer will not be covered by insurance.
