PRICE LIST for 2011

* “Casa das Malhadas”: Small Alentejo house with double room; bathroom, Living Room, has a microwave and independent terrace.

** “Pequena Casa”: Small Alentejo house with two double rooms; Bathroom; Living Room with fireplace and an equipped Kitchenette. Access to shared terrace.

Prices include tax. Água d’Alte, reserves the right to change prices in whole or in part, at any time of year, if it so wishes.

Notes:

· Special Periods such as: New Year, Christmas, Easter and Carnival, or on weekends, long weekends - apply the special pricing, please contact us.

· Prices are per night and include Breakfast taken in main house. There will be a surcharge of € 5 per person if guest wishes to have breakfast served in your room.

· Free access to guests' pool, hiking trails and Traditional Games.

·The use of Guest room, for the taking of meals not provided by the Agua d'Alte, has an added cost of € 10 per person.

· The provision of meals by Água d'Alte requires notice and has a reference price of 35 € (beverages not included), which price may be adjusted depending on the menu.

· Check-in provided from 14.00 and check-out before 12:00. The Extra Fee applies to Late check-out (until 18:00, coordinated in advance), is 50% of room rate.

· Cancellation Policy: In case of no-show the entire reservation is charged. If canceled up to 7 days before, check-in will be charged 50% of the total stay.
