The Outdoor Training is an innovative formula to create deeper relational ties between employees of the same company or organization so that in their jobs each would attain higher levels of productivity and greater personal satisfaction in performing their duties.
During these actions are developed different factors: the team spirit (team building), communication, planning, organization, leadership, productivity, dedication, excellence, good relations.
The fact that the activities occur in natural settings, away from normal work environment and performing tasks different from the professional ones, means that participants can maintain a closer relationship in solving tasks and problems. It is intended that, from here, it woulod be easier to solve problems at the company.
The structure of each operation is particular to the objectives to be achieved, so the preparation in conjunction with developers and consultants and with delegate trainers, is essential to the project design.
SAL has at present technical capabilities in design, implementation and evaluation of all types of outdoor activities, leaving the psychological and behavior analysis to specialized partners.
Training activities will always involve an outdoor training support and assessment in the classroom. Events are usually residential, with accommodation at a hotel or tourism, with adventure and challenge activities, dexterity and creativity, and communication and encouragement.
